1. Assistant Superintendent Cadre (CONSOLE 08)
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree ($B.Sc$) or Higher National Diploma ($HND$) from a recognized institution.

- NYSC Requirement: A valid National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Discharge Certificate or Exemption Certificate is mandatory.
2. Inspector Cadre (CONSOLE 06)
- Educational Requirements: Ordinary National Diploma (OND), National Certificate in Education (NCE), or Registered Nurse ($RN$) qualification.
- Roles: Operational support, mid-level inspection, administrative duties, and technical support.
3. Customs Assistant Cadre (Entry Level)
- Educational Requirements: Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE)—WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB—with a minimum of five (5) credit passes.
- Mandatory Subjects: Credits in English Language and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
