As stated in the 2019 bulletin released by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), it was specified that “previously used phone numbers for JAMB registrations can only be re-used by the same candidate and not by another candidate,” subject to the conditions outlined below.

JAMB candidates are free to use the same phone number that was used previously for JAMB registration to register for JAMB again based on the following conditions.
