Uniuyo Post-UTME 2026/2027 | Cut-Off Mark | Screening Date

UNIUYO invited candidates who chose the University of Uyo as their first choice and scored at least 150 in the 2026 UTME, as well as first-choice Direct Entry candidates, to apply for Post UTME screening on its admissions portal. The form fee is reported as ₦2,000, and registration closed on Friday, August 7, 2026.

This is to inform all candidates who applied to the University of Uyo (UNIUYO) as their first choice in the 2026 JAMB UTME that the UNIUYO Post UTME 2026/2027 application fee, eligibility and application form were officially released. The university invites candidates who made it their first choice in the 2026/2027 UTME and scored a minimum of 150, and first-choice Direct Entry candidates, to apply for screening

Online Registration and Payment Instructions

All the Eligible candidates must pay the required amount via the Uniuyo School portal Uniuyo.edu.ng/eportals. Follow the steps instruction  below:

1. Visit https://eportals.uniuyo.edu.ng/ and click on Admission’s Portal, or go directly to https://admissions.uniuyo.edu.ng/.
2. Click on Apply Now.
3. If you’re a first-time user, click on Create Account, fill in the required information, and verify your email to activate it.
4. Log in, go to the Application Fee section and select the application type (Post-UTME or Direct Entry).
5. Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR). Pay online (ATM Card/Internet Banking) or at a bank branch with the RRR, then return to the portal and confirm your payment.
6. Go to the Application Form section, click Start New Application, fill in the required information, upload the required documents in PDF, and submit.
7. Print out the 2026/2027 Screening Exercise Slip.

UNIUYO Post-UTME Registration Guidelines

• Candidates are to follows the instructions below as directed by the school authorities.
• Please note that wrong entries will automatically disqualify a candidate.
• Candidates are to start registration immediately.

UNIUYO PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH SPECIFICATION

• The acceptable format is JPEG.
• The picture must be a digital passport photograph.
• The resolution must be at least 200 DPI.
• The dimension should not be less than 600 × 600 pixels.
• Each photograph should capture the head and top of the shoulders so that the face takes up to 70-80% of the photograph.
• Show the eyes looking directly at the camera.
• Show skin tone naturally.
• Have a uniform red background.
• Maximum of 25KB.

Documents You Will Need

The 2026/2027 notice says you must upload the required documents in PDF. The notice doesn’t list them, but candidates are usually asked for:

1. Your O’level results (SSCE, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or equivalent)
2. Your 2026 JAMB (UTME) result slip
3. A recent passport photograph
4. Your online registration form and screening slip

Candidates are required to come for the screening exercise with the following items:

• The original and photocopies of a candidate’s academic qualifications SSCE,0/L, NECO, NABTEB, etc.
• One (1) copy of the University of Uyo 2018 ONLINE registration form duly completed with the passport-size photograph printed in colour.
• One (1) copy of 2020 JAMB (UTME) Result printout
• One (1) recent passport-size photograph on red background with name, UTME registration number and signature of the candidates on the reverse side of the photograph.
• These should be packed in a quarto-size envelope and labeled with name, department, and JAMB registration number.

Mode of Screening

UNIUYO screens candidates using the documents they submit: your O’level result (WAEC) and your JAMB result. Your screening slip tells you the date and venue.

Important Notes

• The same passport photograph used for the online registration will be used during the screening exercise and for registration after the offer of admission.
• No complaint of wrong bio-data or a blank photograph will be entertained after submission.
• Candidates who upload the wrong bio-data will automatically be disqualified.
• Inconsistency in the passport on the registration slip will not be acceptable to the university.
• Your name on your O’level results, UTME result and other registration documents must be the same.
